Athlete Types

In order to prepare for a race, you must know what type of athlete you are.

There are three kinds of athletes:

1 - Rookies (runners who are participating for the first time)

2 - Amateurs and Competitive Athletes (they train regularly)

3 - Elite Runners (High Performance)

The training will depend on the type of athlete that you are identified with. It is highly important to train adequately in order to prevent injuries and achieve your goals.
